Stockists & Supply for All Kinds of Hardware, Hand Tools, Electric Tools, Cutting Tools, Power Tools, Paints, Pipe Fittings, Workshop & Engineering Items, and Safety Equipment’s. The Company is registered in many big & successful companies of Pakistan & also supplying goods regularly.
During my professional studies, I was involved in the following:
> Communicating with accounts payable & receivable manager to track pending invoices.
> Help with arranging documents for letters of Credit & reconciliation of bank accounts.
> Performing administrative duties, preparing bills, invoices & updating accounting files.
> Complete required paperwork for Tax payments as well as the GST Returns submission.
> Posting of Subsidiary Ledgers, record weekly retail sales, purchases from local market.
> Assist team in preparing balance sheets, income statements, & other financial statements.
> Maintaining journal and general ledger entries, petty cash books for daily expenses.
> Responsible for managing client’s day-to-day paperwork, sending invoices, and referencing clients’ requests for goods and services.
Achievements & Key Highlights:
> Was assigned as a Job In-charge to Management Accountant within year of article ship.
> Reorganized something to make it work better & identifies a problem to solve.
> Systematized all manual works, like billing, invoicing, quotations, inquiries, etc., from a typewriter.
